Isaac Charles is in his sixth year as a strength and conditioning coach for The Villages High School athletics.
A native of West Palm Beach, Florida, Charles played football at Troy University (Alabama), before completing his education at the University of Florida and the University of Western Ontario (Canada), respectively. He currently assists with physical education and the Fitness and Coaching Academy at The Villages Charter School.
As head male strength and conditioning coach, Isaac oversees the physical development of all male athletes across 24 teams (varsity and junior-varsity) at VHS.
Isaac has two children: Iva and Iana.
