Jamie LaCourse is in his second year as head coach of The Villages High School flag football team and his 11th year overall at VHS.
A native of Dracut, Massachusetts, LaCourse played football at Bridgewater State University (Massachusetts), before completing his education at Hesser College (New Hampshire) and Benedectine University (Illinois), respectively. He currently serves as a teacher (Algebra I, Computer Science Discoveries) with The Villages Charter School.
LaCourse earned the program's first-ever victory on Feb. 28, 2023, as the Buffalo enjoyed a 9-7 win over Belleview in just the second game during its inaugural season.
Prior to serving as head coach of VHS flag football, LaCourse was an assistant coach on the Buffalo varsity football team for nine years.
LaCourse is married to his wife, Sara, and has three children: Jacob, Joseph and Kayden.
