PLEASE NOTE: Working credentials are issued for the sole purpose of providing facility access to a media agency's employee who has a legitimate working function (media or game service) in conjunction with a specific game or event. Working media credentials are subject in all respects to the credential policies set forth by The Villages High School below and the
Florida High School Athletic Association as in effect from time to time.
NOTICE OF CREDENTIAL USE CONDITIONS
This working credential (“credential”) is issued as courtesy to an accredited agency (“the agency”) for the sole purpose of providing stadium access or venue access to an individual representative of an agency (“the representative”) who has a legitimate working function in connection with the event for which the credential is issued (the “event"). The bearer of this credential must comply with all VHS Athletics, The Villages Charter School, and FHSAA rules and regulations. Any unauthorized use of this credential or violation of its terms subjects the representative to ejection from the event stadium or venue(s) and revocation of this credential, as well as possible denial of future credential requests. This credential is non-transferable and may be revoked at any time without cause. This credential authorizes the use by the agency, solely for the news and editorial coverage of the event, any descriptions, accounts, photographs, films, audio and video recordings, or drawings of the event. Any other use or attempted use by the representative or the agency is expressly prohibited, unless the agency has obtained the advance written permission from VHS Athletics for such other use. The representative approved for the holding of the credential assumes all risk of harm while covering an event. Acceptance of this credential constitutes agreement by the representative and the agency to abide by the forgoing conditions.

This interview procedure is designed to enhance the availability of student-athletes and coaches to answer questions from the media at a time which best facilitates each individual's schedule.
TO REQUEST AN INTERVIEW
Please refer to the VHS Athletics public relations staff above for information on whom to direct requests for student-athletes and coaches.
• Student-athletes and coaches have been instructed not to talk to media who haven't coordinated their requests through the VHS Athletics public relations staff.
• In most situations, student-athletes and coaches are not available on the day of scheduled competition until after the event is completed.
• Student-athletes’ telephone numbers and email addresses will not be released to any media members per department policy. If a telephone or video interview is necessary, arrangements will be made to connect the student-athlete with the requesting outlet.
