Middleton, Fla. — The Villages High School football team seeks to keep up its winning ways tonight in Inverness.
The Buffalo (3-0) will look to remain unbeaten this season come kickoff at 7 p.m, when they hit the road to take on Citrus (0-3).
VHS defeated the Hurricanes, 55-0, last September in Middleton.
The Villages is coming off a 37-26 road win over South Lake last Friday night, while Citrus is still searching for its first victory after a 25-0 road loss to Wildwood one week ago.
"We have a chance to be a really good football team," said Buffalo head coach
Richard Pettus. "We just have to continue to take care of business and keep taking care of the little things. That's what championship-level football teams do."
