Middleton, Fla. — The Villages High School swimming and diving teams capped off their home slate with a pair of Senior Night sweeps Thursday at the VHS Aquatics Center in Middleton. 

Both the Buffalo boys and girls picked up victories over Trinity Catholic in the regular-season finale, with the boys winning 138-25 and the girls victorious 100-73.

VHS athletes won 17 of the 24 total events at the meet.

With the victories, the boys team finishes a perfect 11-0 in head-to-head competition this season and the girls finish with a 9-2 mark. 

Prior to the meet, the Buffalo honored all nine of its seniors: Molly Boardman, Ella Dariano, Ryan Faso, Ryan Zayas, Zion Lumpay, Sebastian Price, Abel Rivero, Kaiming Lei and Lara Braganza. 

Up next, the squads will compete at the Mid-Florida Conference Championships on Saturday at FAST in Ocala.
